MEMBERSHIPS - Are an unbelivable bargain at $10/month for unlimited rentals - delivered and picked up.  Members may have up to five movies out at a time - rentals are for 10 days.  Flatland will deliver and pick-up movies durring buissness hours (3pm - 9pm)

RETURNING A VIDEO

Returning is easier than renting - simply call during business hours (at your convenience) and tell us you have some videos that need to be picked up - we'll be right over to get them.  That's it!  Now you can rent some more movies.  In fact - You might as mell have some picked out - then we can drop some off - as we pick some up! 

Monthly Memberships  10 bucks  - Members may have up to five titles out at any/all times.  1O days rentals date)   Members will be called 3 days before movies are due.  Rent as often as you like (unlimited)  (if you can watch 5 movies a day; if you want to watch 5 movies a day; if you need to watch 5 movies a day   - we can help). Members may reserve titles. You have a two day grace period on late movies.  Late fees for members are .25 cents / per movie / per day.  Members can expect an average of one dollar a rental or better.  If at the end of your month you have not reached at least a dollar a rental, we will extend your membership untill you do.

Non Members  Ok - so mabe you don't watch five movies a day - or even a month - you can rent too!   (  .  Non Members may have up to 3 titles out as a time. Non member rentals are for 5 days. Non Members will be called 1 day before movies are due - All titles must be returned to Flatland before new  ones can be rented. 

Some Quick Rules:  Members and Non Members alike are:  Expected to return tapes!  VHS tapes yould be rewound! There is no rewinding fee unless it becomes a problem.  (rewinding the tape actually helps it last much longer)  -Damaged/Lost VHS/DVDs will be reimbursed by customer - look, things happen, and if a machine eats a tape - it's not your falt - it happens; but if damage is caused because of some act of grievious stupidity, like dumping a juice box on it, or using a DVD as a costar, then you may pay.  We will always, in such cases charge as little as possible to replace the item- so be honest.   -Please be careful with these video/dvds,  the popular myth that dvds are indestructible - is simply not true!

- We will deliver to you at a downtown work location if you live ouside our delivery area.
